Bobby Gill

I live and work from my studio in London, in Notting Hill Gate.

I studied at Bath Academy of Art, Corsham, graduating with distinctions in Painting and Visual Education.

I’ve taught in many art schools, lecturing at the London College of Printing from 1972 to 2004 and was a Tutor at
the Royal College of Art from 1973 to 2004. I was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Art in 1991 and an Honorary Fellow in 2004.

I’ve always taught part-time in order to continue my own painting practice. I’ve been painting and exhibiting in both group and one-person shows throughout my career.
